こんな話!!
山あいの奥の集落、20世帯
最高齢、95歳のお婆ちゃん、農業営んで70数年
腰は曲がっているが、面倒見が良い~
この集落に新しく住民が住む事を知った
しかも、外国人、何十年も空け地になっていた、公民館を4.5年前から住む事に、
部屋は沢山あるが、山間いとあって、冬の寒さは厳しい~~と知る。
けれど、寒いが暑いが、毎日畑仕事へ行くお婆ちゃん。。。。
重たい荷物も男性に一切お願いする事も無く、新しい住民の自宅(外国人)へ
ぶっきらな(地元の方言)言葉で玄関前に食べ物を置いて帰る。
お婆ちゃんのように年をとっても常に身体を動かしている人が、
健康で元 気者だと(僕)は知る。




I have heard some marginal village have only 20 households in deep the mountains.
The oldest person is 95 years old grandma in there.
She has been agriculture for over 70 years.
Although the waist is bent by aging, she is very lively and energetic woman.
There is no need to ask men to help with heavy luggage.

I heard that new residents live in this village.
Besides, a foreigner!
The community center which had been close for decades, were refurbished so that they could live sense 4-5 years ago.
The village recruiting new residents, and they moved in.

There are plenty of rooms in the house, but the coldness of winter is very severe because of the mountains.
Despite such a climate, eldest woman is going to work in the field every day, whether cold or hot.
To the foreigners of the new residents, she left many foods in front of the entrance and return home.
She takes a blunt attitude but very kind.
I think she has healthy body and mind truely.
Need to being physically active at all times like her.

49歳...長女、次女、長男、3人のお子さんに恵まれ、5人家族
今一番働き盛りのお父さん!
今年18歳の長女、中学3年の時、『お父さん~私は勉強が嫌いので、高校進学
は行かず、食の専門の学校に行きます~』
僕は九州の長崎県生まれ、実家に里帰りする度、おふくろが孫の為、作ってくれる料理
ハンバーグで無く、煮付けや魚料理
その恩恵を受けてか、魚の裁きが非常に上手い長女
最近、仕事を終え、自宅に帰ると
『お父さん~先にお風呂を入って来たら....』と云われ
すかさず、お風呂に入り、気持ち良く上がって、テーブルに座った所
お父さん今日、買い物に行ったらアジの魚が安く、それも長崎の魚よ
お父さんにアジの”タタキ”を食べさせて上げたいとテーブルに乗る。
骨はフライパンで、焼いてお酒のつまみとして食べてね~~
捨てる所も無く、
成長した長女を見て、涙がぽろり胸が込み上げてしまった。


He is 49 years old in prime in life a father of a five family with three children (two daughters and one son).
The eldest daughter who is 18 years old this year decided to go to a vocational college of cooking without going to a regular high school at the time of junior high school.

He was born in Nagasaki prefecture in Kyushu.
Every time he goes home to his parents house, the dishes his mother makes for his grandchild are not hamburg steak, but traditional fish "Nitsuke" (simmered fish in sweetened soy sauce) were the main.
The eldest daughter who received the benefit is good at cleaning fishes same as her grandma.

One day he finishes his work and as he goes home, eldest daughter was told him to take a bath earlier.
When he got out of the bath, the eldest daughter prepared dinner for him.

She said, "When I went shopping today horse mackerel from Nagasaki was good price, so I thought that I want my father to eat Aji no Tataki(Finely Chopped Horse Mackerel Sashimi)".
She also deep fried horse mackerel bone to make Honesenbei(fried fish bone) for appetizer.
She cooked all it for him without a place to throw away a horse mackerel.

He was very moved by the eldest daughter's growing.

来店されたお客様から良く云われる質問!!
何年お店をやっていらつしゃるのですか?
答え.....
31年目に入ったと答える。
エ~~生まれていません...何と彼らは平成生まれの若者

思えば、1987年辺りから、大学を休学して、
1年間企業へのインターシップとして小人数の外国人が
我がお店に出入り始めた頃

渋谷駅前のスクランブル交差点、今こそ世界で有名になっているが、
当時は静かな交差点、一度渡る人数も100名程度
ビルの真ん中に画像....無し、音...無し

だが、駅から徒歩で2分、夜のネオンと共に流れて来る音、流しのギターだ
一軒一軒長屋のお店に顔を出し『お客さん〜3曲いかがですか』との声に
良くも悪かも、酔っぱらったサラリーマンの人々が満足に演歌を歌っている。

一杯のお酒、知らない初顔に、温かいまなざしで、おもてなしをしてくれる紳士
肩書きを意識していると、常連客にはなれない。
ありのままの人間像、

うつり変わりの激しい現代だが、
最近日本の若者から、海外の人達までが、小さな長屋のお店に興味をもつ




To customers who came for the first time in Enoki, Many people asked same questions me frequently.
How long have you been open this restaurant?

The answer is. . .
It has been started 31 years sinse I opend.
Some young customer said "we weren't born yet.... "
The history of this store longer than their life. 
This is interesting.

Nowadays many foreign customers come to Japan.
Look back and foreign customers from 1987 began to come to my place.
They taken a leave of absence from college, it was the foreigners who come to the internship of one year to Japanese companies.

Time they started out in my shop, Shibuya Station of the scramble crossing was quiet.
Currently worldwide famous Shibuya scramble crossing but that time building has no screen, no  music.
The number of people over once the intersection I think it was about 100 people.

In my "Nonbei Yokocho" arrive at a 2-minute walk from the station in the same as now,
People can see the night of neon at night, would have heard the guitar sound of the strolling musician.
The strolling musician entered to each Izakaya in row house.
He asked playing guiter and sing with customer.
Some drunk people try to sing Enka(Japanese traditional songs) together with him. Their song neither good nor bad. 
However they look happy.

A gentleman, for the first time to customers who have been coming to the store to Enoki, treat a cup of drink, did a hospitality.
We have seen another 30 years or more the appearance of bare human.
Once aware of social position, not to  be a regular customer.

The era is rapidly changed.
However, young people and foreiner interested in my Enoki of a small row house same way as 30years ago.

30~50代後半…切磋琢磨働き、お酒を呑む度合も多く
神経ピリピリ、あげくの宛、身体に悪い煙草
それは別に、男性だけの問題でもなさそう......?
ータバコも、人其々身体の体質もあるので、云えないが…
何十年も吸っている人、吸わない人を比較してみると、
肌が乾燥………?確かに
やめたい~と思いながらも、口が欲しがり、やめられない。
最近50年間も吸いすぎた御婦人、肺の呼吸が苦しくなり
慌てて、煙草を止めるハメ、今2ケ月目、本当に胸が苦しい~~
毎日 が、かっとうとの闘い




Japanese men especially from thirties to fifties work hard.
They use sensitive sense to their customer as well as their boss and co-workers.
Frequency to drink a drink in the relationship of the work is also high.
Some people smoke bad tobacco on the body while drinking.

Alcohol and smoking are based also on of each human constitution,
but definitly not possible to assert a good thing 100% health.
It is not only men's problem. Some women are smoker as well.
When I tried to compare the people who do not smoke and people
who are smoking, clearly skin is dry after decades of smoking.
Every smokers think "I want to quit smoking"
but it is not easy to quit because it became a habit.

Recently, my friend lady of smokers breathing became painful.
She has continued to smoke almost 50 years!
Now she quit smoking for her body, but it also has become a source of stress.
She has not smoking 2 months now.
However she has to struggle with the desire to desire and her health she want to smoke every day.

MALAYSIA  KELAB GOLF
朝 6:00過ぎ、まだ暗やみの中、車も少なくスイスイとゴルフ場へ急ぐ!!
ゴルフ場で、朝一 ココナツ入りの飲み物と、マレーシアの料理をつまみ食い
昨夜の降った雨で芝は濡れているが、コースは中々良い
7:00空も明るくなって、サ~~ア スタート
太陽が登る前までは爽やかな気候、仲間達の笑顔も良好、
9ランド終え、次は、難しいコース   休憩無し
2Lのボトル2本と氷入れの水筒1つ、ボトルの水が喉の中へどんどん入っていく
10:00過ぎ、太陽が登ると「暑い」の一言、風が全く無い
ただ日本の湿度と違って、ベトベトしていないが、暑さが違う
皆言葉が少なくなり、悶々と~~
も~う数字など、どうでもよくなったが、残り2ホールの前でようやく休憩
ココナツ入のドリンクが、元気にさせてくれた。「結果は……内緒~~?」
「グリーン周りの短かいアプローチショツトが弱点、完全に練習不足…」
でも気が合った仲間とのスポーツ、又行きますよ…


I experienced the golf in Malaysia recently.
Early morning 6:00AM, We went to MALAYSIA KELAB GOLF.
Our car went to smooth before dawn.
After I arrived at the golf course, we had coconut drink, a breakfast of Malaysian cuisine.
Although grass was wet because it was raining last night rain, the course was good.
Sky gradually bright at 7:00 am, we started golf.
It was a very refreshing climate in the morning.
Friends were around the course together was also good golf play.
We played the 9th round without a break, and the next 10th round was a difficult course.
Completely rising the sun around 10am, the sun is very hot, the wind was not blowing.
It was very hot...
Come out words is just "hot".
Water of 2L bottle went rapidly entered into the throat.
Humidity might lower the be from Japan, I thought it was different from the heat of summer in Japan.
We could not have conversation slightly by heat.
Also we could not care about the score.
It was finally a break in front of the remaining two holes.
Coconut juice was very delicious drank at that time, made me be energetic.

Then the result is ... secret!
My weakness is the approach shot. I was a lack of practice.
However it was fun after a long time of golf with friends!
I want to do the golf again without any discourage.

50代、仕事優先、朝の通勤ラッシュから、疲れが始まり
会社命令で月の半分東西南北へ短期間の出張も多い中
仕事を終え"えのき"のお店にひと呼吸、近くの職場に勤務している息子に
連絡、半年振りの再開で飲み会
その姿を見ていた、他のお父さん、娘に連絡、良い好青年がいるのでお店に
来るように、20分過ぎ、お嬢さんが来店、可愛い!!
その後、やはり東京に出張に来て、息子と会い、えのきに来店
親子3組の初合わせ、疲れているお父さん達の顔も、この事ばかり良い顔をしていた。
又お子さん達も素晴らしい、お父さんを大事にしている印象がとても良かっ~~た

Man of about 50 years of age who come frequently to my restaurant is very busy man.
Always on a business trip in the company instruction, he doesn't go back to the home more than half of the month.
I am glad that he came to "Enoki" after work sometimes.
One day, he has reunited with his son is working nearby Enoki after 6 months.

Other regulars had seen that reunion, one of 50's man took contact to his daughter as "Come to Enoki because there is good young man."
His daughter was coming to the store really after 20 minutes.
She is a very cute!

Then, an another regular customer called his son too!
His son was also coming to the store.

Three sets of parent-child drink together first time.
It was very exciting.
Fathers faces are tired at work usually but this time had a really good face.
Also each child was really gentle and wonderful.
I really understand they care about their dad.

百貨店の店内を各階ぶらりと見て歩くと、春から夏にかけての
ファションがズラ
大半が若い人達のお店
変な世の中だと思う、ゆとり世代(中高年)の洋服のデスプレがない

上司は売り上げが悪いと後輩に伝える
いらつしゃいませの声は元気よく聞こえる,,,,所が、素材や、関連販売の
勉強が、全く出来ていない。
一枚売れて、満足では、買う側もま~ぁこんなものか,,,と
つい素通りしてしまう
買う側の人々の知識のほうが、余程勉強している事を上司はしらなければ、
売り上げは上がらないですね。

One day, I walked around looking at each floor of the department store.
Almost of the shops displayed fashion of spring and summer.
The majority of the shops are young people friendly.
I think I'm strange. Because I couldn't find clothes display for the elderly such as me.

Shop boss had communicated about poor sales to the juniors.
The greeting voice sounds cheerfully, it is her advantage.
However she looks not study materials and related products at all.
So customer does not become a repeater.
The customer is educated. They have a lot of fashion knowledge.
She and her boss must recognize their own ignorance, as well as if it won’t improve, sales never increase.

10年前に比べると、日本人が都心からスキーに行く姿を余り駅で見かけないが
海外からのスキー’スノーボ―ド客が、毎年倍増している
長野県白馬周辺のスキー場
北海道の広大なスキー場「ニセコユナイテッド」抜群のパウダースノー

今年に入って、お店に来店される、海外からのお客様の話題とは
2週間のバカンスでニセコのスキー場へ行って最高に楽しい休暇日をとったよ〜
白馬のスキー場 親子で楽しんで来た話
明日からニセコのスキー場へスノーボードを楽しむ!

日本にはまだまだ良い所が沢山ある、山形蔵王スキー場など

海外のスキーフアンの話によると豊富な雪の量と雪質の良さが抜群との事
スキーを楽しんだ後、多くの温泉場、地域の食材を使った郷土料理など
楽しい思いでを沢山語って明日は日本を離れるます。来年も来ると誓って。。。

Compared to the current and 10 years ago, I rarely see the Japanese go skiing and snowboarding from central of Tokyo nowadays.
However, abroad customers to skiing and snowboarding are increasing every year.
Hakuba ski resort in Nagano and Niseko ski resort in Hokkaido is popular in excellent condition.

From the beginning of this year, almost customer who came to Enoki from overseas spoke the snowy mountains.
It was very hot topics.
There are a lot of places still good, such as Yamagata Zao ski resort in Japan.

According to the ski fans, Japanese Ski resorts have abundant snow quantity and good quality of snow.
In addition, most of the ski resorts has a hot spring in the vicinity.
Also there is good restaurants have attractive regional cuisine using regional ingredients.
They spent the time to talking about Ski and Snowboarding and promise each other come back to Japanese Ski resorts next year.

昼間 大都会の百貨店の地下で買い物をする人達って
80パセントご婦人
品物をかき回す、落ちている品物をみても知らんぷり
ささやかなキズでも、返品
2.3点しか買わないのにやたら、ビニール袋を何十枚も
持って行く人
そんな人達を関心して見ると、顔の表情が良くない
せっかくの美人、美男が台無し!!

声を出し、   ちょつとした演技って、その場のスタッフの方々も仕事のやりがいが
出来て、お互いの気持ちが通じ会い、買い物の楽しみが増す。
一人暮らし、スマホ、…おしゃべりをする相手ではない
脳の老化減少がおきないよう、会話友をつくって、楽しいショツピング
したいですね

歳はとっても心は若い、そんな人生の生き方楽しいですよ~~
今年も皆様宜しくお願いします。



I went shopping in the basement of the big city of the department store on weekdays during the day.
When I arrive the customer was almost the middle age lady.

I was totally amazed at how the shopping they are.
They sprawled the display products.
If it fall, they didn't care. No one picked up.
If they found tiny defect, complain about every little thing to return a product to the store.
Bought a few of the goods but took many plastic bags over 10 pcs.

They looks beauty and handsome.
However they ruined their beauty by unhappy facial expression during shopping.

I think they should have an easygoing attitude.
If chatting merrily with everybody, the clerk's also rewarding work can be.
Through the feelings of each other, shopping fun would be increases.
Smart phone is not a conversation partner.
In order to prevent the aging of the brain, making friends can talk, you want to a fun shopping.

I want to keep my young mind as became what age.
Also I look forward to your continued good will in the coming year.

昨年は新年早々福岡へ飛び
朝倉市から車で15分 原鶴温泉に一泊、「ふぐ料理」を食べて1年の出発~
5月 に入って、山口県の酒蔵を回って岡山市へ
翌日岡山港から約1時間 程、船に乗って香川県(小豆島)に到着
醤油造り…オリーブ園…オリーブソーメン…瀬戸内の小魚、さぬきうどんを食べて
その後、真夏(8月)に、再び小豆島に泳ぎに行き、瀬戸内の穏やかな海~と島~を満喫

11月結婚式に出席する為、20年ぶり大阪市内に宿泊、南の浪花(なには)と北の新地
をぐるりと往復
翌日…  京都へ 懐石料理を食べに足が軽い

 11月の最終、4度目の姉妹交流、岩手県釜石 の「呑ん兵衛横丁」へ、
皆さんお元気で~す!!
釜石の食材(ワカメ…小さいが中身の締まった毛ガニ…かれい…ウニ…牡蠣)
表に出ない食材が沢山あり
*今年は仮設場所から再出発となる建物に移動されるようです。

北と南 短期間の旅 でしたが、それぞれの地域の、香り…土…空気…食べ物、
久し振りの人達との再会
今年もその場所に行かなければ、無い 文化…食材…人を求めて、旅をする計画



I went many places during last year.

In January, I went Fukuoka to enjoy hot spring.
We ate Fugu cuisine at Haratsuru hot spring.

In May we went sake breweries in Yamaguchi Prefecture.
After Yamaguchi, we moved Okayama City.
We enjoyed night in Okayama.
Next day we visited Shodoshima by boat.
Soy source factory, Olive field, Olive noodles and so on... there was really great place.
We visited Shodoshima again in August.
Seto Inland Sea was calm and unruffled.
We enjoyed small adventure there.

In November I went Osaka City to join the wedding party.
It has been 20 years since last I visited!
I enjoyed night out in Naniwa area and Minami area.
Then I went Kyoto to eat Kaiseki cuisine next day.

End of November, I went the fourth times of sister "Nonbei Yokocho"
exchange in Kamaishi city in Iwate Prefecture. 
I had a lot of fun reunion with Kamaishi people and seasonal foods.
Sea weed, sea urchin and crabs... it was awesome!
In 2016 Kamaishi Nonbei Yokocho will move into new place from temporary building.
It is a sign of recovery from The Great East Japan Earthquake.

Each trip was very short while.
However I could meet many people, enjoy local foods and feel local atmosphere.
Also this year I am planning many trip to cultivate a better relationship with local people.

大阪へ結婚式に出る為、着物で出発,,,,伊丹空港に着いて、
リムジンバスで大阪マルビルへ到着
式場のホテルに行くのに、タクシー探し、右、左 キョロキョロ
突然あ~ぁ〜..石畳の段差に草履が引っかかり転んでしまった!
”ま~ぁ奇麗な着物、着てはってるのに”、大丈夫ですか^^^~?最悪です
タクシーの運転者『乗り物乗ったら、転けた事も、誰もわからしまへ(笑)』
幸い軽いすり傷でホテルの式場へ....無事式も終え、
久しぶり大阪の夜...日本一高いビル、あべのHARUKAに上り、大阪の街を見る
その後『ミナミ』の道頓堀や人気のグリコの看板の前で写真アップ
大阪に来たら、”お好み焼き”気に入ったお店へと行くと
ず〜〜らり、人人の列、他のお店に行っても長い列、あきまへん!
何処でもよしと行ったお店、空いていた、う〜ん私が思っていたお好み焼きと違っていたが、さすが食い倒れの街、美味しいね
それにしても、ま〜ぁ〜ミナミの町も、人混みと旅行者で人が溢れている。
賑やかさはこれ迄、最後は大人の町、北新地へ、楽しい大阪の街を良くも悪くも、満喫

今年1月アメリカのロサンゼルスの映画のプロデュースを
している方から、メールが届き、今世界中で人気を博している日本酒の
ドキメンタリー映画を作成中と書いてありました。

その中で、お酒に携わっている、登場人物3人の中の一人、ジョン、ゴントナ氏の
エピソードが聞きたく、月末、日本に行きますのでよろしくお願いしますと
連絡がありました。

20数年前、ゴントナ氏はアメリカから来日
何かの縁でえのきのお店との出会い、お店のイベントには、必ず参加をして
仲間との情報を得手たようです。

彼が日本酒に興味を持った時期って、日本全国、お酒が低迷していて
酒蔵の倒産が相次ぎ厳しい冬が続いていました。

そんな時ゴントナ氏が、地方の酒蔵に出かけ、お酒の神秘さに引かれ、レポートを
書いていた時、えのきのお店で出会った、ジャパンタイムズのジャーナリスの記者
に提出したのがきっかけになったようです。

現在日本酒の伝導師として世界の大都市へ講演、酒創りの学校など切磋琢磨しく
活躍しています。

 先月 東京国際映画際で上映されました。題名『KAMPAI』FOR THE IOVE OF

  伝統的な職人技、日本酒を造る人々の顔
  来年日本で上映されます,,,,,,,えのきのお店もちょつと出ています
  見て下さい。

At the edge of something he was coming to my restaurant Enoki.
He always joined Ohanami(cherry blossom viewing party) and other events of the enoki.
He got some knowledge of sake and many friends at the same time.

The sake is very popular all over the world now.
However, many time-honored sake brewery was sluggish when he was interested in sake.
Many famous sake brewery became bankrupt.

Mr Gauntner to went out to the local brewery to write of the report.
The report expressed 'why does he feel drawn into the mystery of the liquor'.
Then he submitted an report to an newsperson of Japan Times (Japan’s most widely read English language newspaper).
He met an newsperson of Japan Times at Enoki!
That gave the chance that he started column of sake on Japan Times.
He has been active in the world in the current as sake journalists.

My place Enoki appeared in the film a little.
Check the film "KAMPAI! FOR THE LOVE OF SAKE".
A movie will run previews at Tokyo International Film Festival 2015 in this month.

個性有り心地よく、友人と共に、今日1日の出来事を酒で交わしながら
笑い、怒りの毎日…
一人ブラリと行っても誰かと、会話にとき込める。

そんな中、最近友人に、連れていかれた 場所、「渋谷のんべい横丁」!
その一角にある「えのき」人情に支えられた素晴らしい店の一つ!
お客さん達は、居合わせた人との会話を楽しんだり、
マダムの人柄に触れたくて来ている。これこそが東京の心地よさ!
東京の魅力とは…日本人の心なのですね…と書いって下さったdora氏の友人が、新聞の切り抜きを私に持って来て下さった。

"Enoki Madame"


The end of September an journalist Mr Dora who comes from French wrote a column in Tokyo newspaper. 
The article is "My Tokyo Story". He does a write-up about my restaurant Enoki.

Recently where he visited "Shibuya Nonbei Yokocho" with a friend.
There was Japanese culture, lined eateries within 5 square meters of the large cities "Izakaya".
Some many is very cozy store of individuality. 
You can looking back every day of emotions with liquor and friends. 
It is possible to be friends  even if you visited alone.

"Enoki" is one of the great restaurant that has been supported by humanity.
Customer who can enjoy a conversation with happened was people by chance, are coming want to touch the madam of personality.
Tokyo's charm is the mind of the Japanese.
This is one of a reason Tokyo is really comfort!

Mr Dora's friends who have written that was kindly brought the clippings of newspaper to me.
I really appreciated to them. It's great that the heart with each other through each other.
Always Let Me Think it's own growth. we'll try again today.

えのきの常連客のお客様が常日頃、家庭で料理を作っている話を何度も聞き
一度仲間で御馳走になろうと企画をしました。
日曜日の夕方『えのき2』に、親しい仲間7名がカウンターを囲み
N氏の手料理(中華料理)を、味合った。お酒と会話が弾み、アットと云う間に
大皿の食材が無くなった、話の手料理、”旨い” の一言
中々、やるではないか....皆さん大拍手

その勢いか、夜の時間がまだまだたっぷりあり、男性は静かに自宅へ『年なのか??』
女子5名は、お腹の運動をするため
カラオケ~~行くわよ!!
平均年齢50歳、中年女子会 も~ぅ爆発??とんでもない程元気、踊りあり、演技あり

歌のタイトル『~わたしゃ,ビ..ルのお掃除おばさ~ん~~一日働いて2千円~
父ちゃんのパンツも2千円~~掃除道具格好の振り付け.....爆笑

2時間の歌と踊りお疲れ様でした。楽しかった~~

渋谷駅交差点スクランブル、えのきのお店は、毎日が買い物のコース、
日本人は子供の頃から。
横断歩道、青信号になると右 左を見て、手を上げて渡る教育が
体に染み込んでいる。
1日多い時で、3000人の人々が行き交うスクランブル交差点
信号が、青になると一斉に東西南北ぶつからず、渡ったて歩き
信号が赤になると架け足で場所にたどり着く日本人の規律....

その様子を見ていた海外の人々、なにも問題なくスムーズに渡る世界はないと、
よにも不思議なのか、やたらに写真を撮っている海外の人々が多く見られる。

所が残念ながら、最近の若者は横断歩道を渡る時でも、前を見て渡らず、やたらにiphoenni
に目を向けて歩いている??
親元を離れ自由になったつもり、大都会では自分さえ良ければの行動、行い..が、事故になりがち
人の良き振る舞いを見て良き人間になってもらいたい!!

オーストラリア国営放送の番組で日本の食と文化が紹介されたのが,,,昨年
北海道から沖縄まで、3ヶ月かけての長~い取材
その取材の一部にえのきのお店が紹介された。
早速 HI〜〜 ポケットからipnoneを取り出し、えのきのお店をYouTubeで見て訪ねて
きたトルコ人の女性『現在東大の研究員として東京在住、時々顔を出しにお店へ』

2ヶ月前、オーストラリア人夫妻が放映を見て訪ねて来て下さった。
満面の笑顔で、テレビで見ていたオリジナル”ポテトサラダ”
これこれ!おいし〜い
夫人いわくテレビで放映されていた通り、良い所に来て良かった〜〜
初めて日本の土を踏み、今回の旅行の目的は......?と聞いた所
番組で放映された食と文化の場所へ、訪ねる旅をされるとの事....
良い旅を!!

Australian broadcasting company made a TV program for Japanese food culture.
They traveled around from Okinawa to Hokkaido to gather information over 3 months.
A part of this program, Enoki and me appear on it a bit.

After broadcasting, Turkish girl as a research fellow of Tokyo University got here quickly.
She saw a program on You tube. I saw a video on her iphone.

Not only a girl.
An Australian couple came to Enoki.
They ordered a Potato Salad appear on TV program.
I was happy they had smiled and satisfied.
It was their first trip to Japan.
They said that follow some places as well as TV program and eat Japanese good foods as much as possible.
Sound good! Have a good trip!

『あがいんちや』は東北弁で『めしあがれ』
昨年から始まって2回目、食べて、飲んで、東北復興支援のチャリティイベント
既に毎売りチケット3000枚は完売、 当日は3500円のチケットを買って
地酒は飲み放題........
主催は宮下パーク商店会、
渋谷 宮下公園とあって、90 %若い人達
のんべい横丁も協力に関わり、青山学院の学生とOB数人で、岩手県釜石の
『丸いか』をその前で焼いて手渡す、1枚200円
と、横丁のオリジナル、酒の升を500円で販売
    
,,,,,,まずは腹に溜まる物、隣のテントには『もつの煮込み』に、長~い.列
小さなカップの中にお酒が入って飲んでいた人々が、
陳列してある横丁の”升”を見つけて、次々と買いに来て
”アット”と云う間に完売した//
杉の木の香りの升...これが又.一段とお酒が進む~~
お昼過ぎ、焼きイカの香りに吸い込まれるかのように
多くの人々がイカを求めて列を増す。
    
今回参加された人々、60%以上が女性、
100%の笑みを浮かべながらライブを聞き日本酒を楽しんでいた。
時代は変わった



Last month we Nonbei Yokocho staff helped reconstruction
support festival for Tohoku at Shibuya Miyashita park.
This festival name is "AGAINCHA" means "Let's eat" or "Dig in!" in Tohoku dialects.
A festival is charity reconstruction support by drinking and eating.

This year all of advance tickets had sold out.
(Advance ticket is 3000 yen, walk-up ticket is 3500 yen) 
Ticket holder could drinking free flow Sake.

We broiled squid from Kamaishi city in Iwate with OB of Aoyama Gakuin University. 
Also we sold Nonbei Yokocho original Masu (Wooden small box for drinking sake).
Many people bought our Masu to drinking a lot per glass. 
It was higher sales than our expect.
Sake lovers not enough small paper cup for free flow!
The masu made by natural ceder, people enjoyed squid and sake with ceder small.
 
Over half of the participants were women.
Women enjoyed sake with live music.
I really admire women...The time had changed.

岡山港から小豆島フエリーに乗り、約1時間10分の船旅、土庄港へ到着
小豆島と聞くと素麺、醤油、オリーブ、佃煮、胡麻油と有名
お昼前後とあって、お腹も空き、先ずは軽い昼食、有名所の素麺店に行くと
30分待ちの行列、多半の人達が外部、
皆さんよく知っている事にビックリ
其の後…木桶、石切丁場(作りも桶の仕込み)を引継ぐ、醤油造り5代目(40代)の
蔵元へ行く
この蔵元のお醤油を友人から頂き、味見をした所
癖が無くコクがあるが、まろやかな味が気にって、是非行きたい場所だった。
現場を一回りして、海岸をドライブしていた所
引き潮の浅瀬で20人位の人達が、潮干狩りに楽しんでいた。
早速、行って見ると、何とビックリ(≧∇≦)マテ貝だ…
サックと掘りサラサラの塩をかけると
マテ貝が、頭を出す^*^そこへ素早く手で取り出す。
初めてみた光景だった
海は穏やか…小さな島が沢山あり、小魚に恵まれ、水が綺麗
生まれ育った瀬戸内海、何時間も、ボ~~トしていても飽きない!!
やっぱり海ってイイなァ~

It take about 1 hour and 10 minutes of the voyage from Okayama Port to Tonosho Port in Shodoshima.
Speaking of Shodoshima, noodles, soy sauce, olives, boiled, sesame oil are the famous.

We arrived around lunch time, we went famous noodle shop for our lunch.
The noodle shop had long queue over 30 minutes!
While I was in the queue, almost people were tourist.
I was impressed by knowledge of tourist.

After having lunch, we went traditional soy sauce brewery.
The 5th factory's owner is 40 years old who took over production skill from his father.
They were handed down in a long tradition.
A taste of soy sauce was great, it was really smooth and mild.

Then we drove the coast.
We found 20 people in ebb of the shallows, looks enjoying in shellfish gathering.
Immediately, we looking to go... they gathered razor clam!!
The razor clam appeared the head when people sprinkle with salt some salt.
People take out quickly hand there. It was the first time I saw sight!

The sea is calm ... There are a lot of small islands, it is blessed with a small fish, the water is clean!!
Spent a lot of time at Seto Inland Sea, I didn't get tired.
Ocean is wonderful!!

3月の週末 気温上々 住まいの前に大きな桜の木3本が6分咲きに咲いていた。
あ~ァ奇麗一瞬見ただけ.......
4月に入り曇り空と気温の低下 雨に打たれ3本の桜の木、風が吹き
雪のように舞い上がり
あっと云う間に、散ってしまった。

お花見行かれましたか?.......と、声が掛かってきたが、
今年はゆっくり桜を見る時間も無く、心にゆとりがない
自分に反省

可憐な花、住民とも話かけたのは、わざわざ遠くに行かなくても、
来年は3本の桜の木の下で、ゆとりをもって宴会をする約束をした。




At the end of March, Tokyo was getting warm.
I saw a flash of Sakura(Cherry blossom) flower at my neighbourhood.
Just think it was beautiful...

Early in April, Tokyo had bad weather suddenly.
While I work hard in my restaurant, Sakura flowers had gone from Tokyo.

Some customer asked about flower festival to me but I couldn't enjoy much enough this year.
I notice that I couldn't afford to care about seasons...
Let me take this opportunity for some reflection
Ok, I promise to seeing blooming sakura next year with friends.
