今年早々、丸の内へ行き、用事を済ませて、渋谷に戻り
行きつけのお店、江戸前寿司店へ
威勢良く「おめでとう御座います」と,ご挨拶
カウンターの中の店長始め、回りのお客様が、一斉(^o^)に注目
恥ずかしながら、椅子に座り"つまみ"と日本酒を注文
ちょと余裕が出来て、回りを見渡すと、ご年配のカップルが目立つ
殆どのお客様の飲み物が日本酒、程よい気分!いつの間にか近くの人達
と大学マラソンなど、スポーツの話に盛り上がり、
一本のお酒が何本呑んだのか、お店を出て渋谷駅方面に向かう途中
なんと"光タワー"の左側にくっきりと満月前のお月様がクツキリ＊
ア~~ァ今年も一年、見て語って心に感動出来る年へ頑張ります。

イヤ~気分上々ツマミを頂いて、日本酒いきますか

Early of January, I went to my favorite Sushi shop “Edomae-Sushi” in Shibuya.
Sushi chefs gave me spirited well greetings of new year.
I was embarrassing a little because other customer focusing on us while walked to seat. His greeting voice was really big.

I ordered Tsumami (chefs recommend) and Sake. When I saw around, almost of customer were couples of elder people.
Good foods and sake, especially new year's mood make me happy.
When I noticed I chatted with other customer friendly.
I didn't remember how many bottles I opened.

After leaving Sushi shop, I found beautiful moon next to high building.
I entranced with moon, also I thanked to this feelings.
I want to keep watching various things and speak a lot with people.
What a nice feelings! Let's us enjoy sake again.

昼間の街を歩いていると、退職をして仲間達と都内や地方へと
歴史めぐりの探索をしている姿が多く見られる。

今年７７歳を迎え、今は相談役の立場、若い女性達からの質問..
...”相談役には
多くの人達が来られるのですか？”と聞いた所、誰も来ないと返事が帰ってきた。
誰も来ないであれば、私達女性が相談に行きます......と大笑い
そのN氏、先週友人と昼食の約束をして友人は時間通り、N氏を迎えに来た
N氏...『あんた！なにしに来たのか』と、友人に伝えた所
『貴方が誘ったではないのか？』しっかり忘れていた

最近同じ話を何度も聞いては、又忘れ困ったもんだ.......？
現役時代仕事一筋、頭を使い過ぎ退職したとたん老化減少が進みゆく
何でも良い...歩こう、人と会おう、経験を生かす素材に挑戦へ

When I walk around at daytime, I often see some elderly people
follow the track to feel the historical milestones in Tokyo and other places.
I think it is good way to spend leisure hours for them.
Mr N is 77 years old, he is still staying on as an adviser for his company.
However no one consult him in general.
One day he had a promise to having lunch with his friend.
When his friend was picking him up, he had forgotten thoroughly.
His memory is getting less and less clear. He was really smart,
though he slightly forget how to use his brain.
He comes my place sometimes but he should talk to someone more,
meet up someone more, and walk around more.
Using body and brain is good to keep his experience and knowledge.

仕事終え『同僚..一杯飲みますか』？いつもの店に入るなり
店内の流れている音楽と云えば、日本の文化である演歌

最近多衆多様な音楽が流れている。
中でもジャズが日本でも大きく注目されていて
20代の時、友人から神戸のジャズ喫茶に誘われて行った際、
ヘレン.メリルの歌が
流れた瞬間『これだ！』　何度も足を運んで聞いていた。
当時海外のミュージシャンが来日しても、なかなかチャンスがなく、レコードを聞いての満足度

昨今...日本でも、ジャズの魅力が注目されていて、
お酒を飲みながらこの場所でしか聞けないライブも盛んに.....
又、大型イベントも各地で開催される程、豪華メンバーがどんどん来日している。

If you drink with your colleagues after work, you might go Izakaya.
Probably Izakaya has some music playing in the background.
It is any kind of music such as Pops, Rock, Japanese Enka, World music and so on.

When I was twenties, when I listened a song of Helen Merrill, I was into Jazz music.
In that time, I had to go some music café to listening Jazz by vynal.
I wanted to listen live Jazz music, but Jazz singers was living foreign country.
That time, I wasn't be able to listen. There was only place to listening Jazz music to me.

Jazz music has grabbing Japanese attention again. Some singers come to Japan to playing.
I can see some good famous singer's show nowadays.

2014年11月05日

12日（日）台風19号が、沖縄あたりに上陸、
２ヶ月前から仲間達と楽しみにしていた屋形船...
お天気のチェックをどれだけした事か？
前日....嘘のような晴天....ヤッター
５時過ぎ、40人全員集合　さぁ出港....
2時間30分の船旅　食事もおさしみから、最後はてんぷらのメニュー
飲み物は豊富で飲み放題
天王州アイルから、レインボーブリッジを通り抜け、お台場へ
60分停泊し、屋上に出て湾岸を見たり、食事しながら、カラオケあり、
最高の盛り上がり！！湾岸のビルのコントラスト、派手でなく、上品である。
エンジンを駆け、隅田川の永代橋をくぐり、東京スカイツリーを見て
中央大橋でUターン、東京タワーを見ながら帰る途中、
たまたまこの日、天王州アイルの場所で15分間の花火が見られて、
楽しい屋形船の旅だった。

We had planned Tokyo bay and Sumida river crusing
by Yakatabune sisce crusing since July. (Yakatabune is one of Japanese style roofed boat used for recreation
such aseating dinner, drinking, fishing or Karaoke) I was looking forward to riding but typhoon was hitting Okinawa that time! I checked whether forecast a lot... Luckily for us, a day was fair sky!! My friends got together around dinner time, 40 people got on Yakatabune.
We could see Rainbow bridge,
Sky tree, and Tokyo bay viewing while we was enjoying dinner and free flow. Especially dinner was awesome Sashimi and Tempra! In addion we could see beautiful fireworks around Tennozu isle! We must be lucky that night!!!

2014年10月15日

京都の鞍馬に行く事にした。
叡山電鉄で出町柳駅を出発、日曜日とあって車両の中は満席
２両の電車、車窓の風景を見ながら山並みへ走る事、30分で到着
　　
駅前を上下、狭い通りの道361号線、京の北の奥座敷とも云われる貴船まで
路線バスで、10分走り到着。
青々した樹木に川の水が静かに流れている。
川辺には沢山の人達が、水の流れの床で、食に満喫している姿
真夏にはそうめん流しが有名、街の中と違って、気温も3度くらい低く気持ちが良い
秋：：一番の紅葉が見られる最高の場所

帰り＞＞2両の電車の真ん前に立ち、運転さんの仕事振りを拝見する事に？
2両のドアの確認、出発のベル。
運転席に入り、一定した声で車内にアナウンス、電車はゆっくり動く。
殆どが無人駅、5.6分走ると、そろそろ次の駅の到着を知らせるアナウンス
乗るお客様、下車されたお客様の切符を受け取り
ドアの確認から、一人三役　動きに動き、足取り軽く、その姿に感動した。

I went to Kurama area of Kyoto.
There is an annex area, as it were for Kyoto.

I took Eizan Electric Railway from Demachi-yanagi station.
A train was crowded by many Sunday visitors.
Besides it's have only 2cars to clime the hill.
I was enjoying packed car with viewpoint from the windows.

30 minutes later, we arrive an annex of Kyoto, it called Kibune.
I walked green path along beautiful river.
Kibune is famous Kawadoko place.
（Kawadoko is a Kyoto style of restaurant where the floor is placed over and besides a river in summer.）
People enjoyed a meal while hearing the sound of a stream and surronded by nature helps us to make cool.
Actually there is cooler 2,3℃ than centre of Kyoto.
Also Kibune is well known as beautiful autumn color leaves.
I had enjoyed a lot.

While I took train to back to the city I saw driver's work.
He checked the door, rang the bell, driven, informed us staition name, received tickets from customers and checked again the door.
I'm moved his work was really considerable.

興味ある通り！！

都会のど真ん中の裏通りを、ふっと探索して見ると、
何十件と引き締め合っている長屋の飲食街、

一件、一件、それぞれ個性があり、どんなお店なのか、
表にはメニューがない。
入るのに勇気がいる。　選ぶのは本人、選ばれるのはカウンターの中の人、
挨拶もなく、黙って入る人には、はっきりお断り.........なぜ？社会での常識
「初めてですが~予約の電話は入れていません~とか』言葉は、なによりも重みがある。
叱られて店に入る！少し不満....？だが、時間が解決してくれる。
何が良くって何が悪いか、判断は難しいが、人と人の関る世の中
間違った事は勇気をもち、相手に伝える事、一番の人間交流が出来る長屋のドア！

Someone interested in our street named "Nonbei-Yokocho".
It located the center of Shibuya but seems hideaway place.
If you stray into back street of heart of the city, you can see so many restaurants in Japanese style single Story row houses.
Probably you can't stop your curiosity.
Each restaurants have interesting characterized looking.
Besides there have no menus on the street.
You must use your the six sense.
The owners have chosen by you, of course includes me.
I like friendly and polite person.
Why?
The greeting is very important all over the world.
If you wouldn't say hallo, I'll point out about it.
Sometimes customer feels uncomfortable but it's no problem.
It's solve by time and good drinks and foods.
I believe that we had good relationship among all people even if someone had cared about other's opinion.
It is difficult to decide good or not good, but please try to tell your feel honestly.
I think this row houses's door could open your door.

＊土曜日：横丁街を２集周り、目に止まったお店、食べ物が沢山陳列してある？
ココに決～めた
：初めまして、／／神奈川県藤沢市の夫婦
夫婦揃ってたばこと、沢山の食べ物を注文、１本の芋焼酒、それもロックで～
身内との意見の違いが、ストレスとなり凄いテンポで会話をしている。
　
＊京都の芸術夫妻、タバコは吸わない、日本酒を飲みながらおっとり京都弁で女将と会話
（この違い....? 面白いね　年代も30代後半）

＊勤務先＝渋谷　自宅は埼玉県の久喜市...通勤電車１時間30分？
昨晩、夜中2時前迄　”えのき”　で飲む！
ホテルに泊まれば良いもの、タクシー代２万円位かかるが、自宅に帰りたいと”M氏”
忘れ物と昨晩遅くまで迷惑をかけたお礼に...ふたたびお店に、大好きな日本酒をゴックリ
　
＊２ヶ月に１度、札幌から、講演の為東京へ上京”お腹空いた～何か食べ物を”ちょうだい
赤ワインを美味しそうに飲み、京都の夫妻とM氏とで話がはずむ！
（二人の男性......中々の色男~ょ）
　　
そこに藤沢の夫婦、周りを見た、タバコの手が止まる？皆さん吸っていない、
早口の会話もこれ以上意味なしと止まり、周りの皆さんとの話題の中へ....
良い顔になり......良かった！

One Saturday

・The cigarette smoker young couple came from Fujisawa city,
Kanagawa chose my Izakaya ‘Enoki’ from Nonbei-Yokocho while they walked around.
They ordered a lot of foods and a bottle of Shochu with the ice.
Then they talked in amazing speed unconsciously
by argued about difference of opinion of each other.
　
・The non-smoker young couple from Kyoto.
They enjoyed drinking Sake and talking.
Their Kyoto dialect sounds very soft.
　
・The non-smoker man came again from Kuki-city, Saitama
but his office in Shibuya. (His commute takes an hour and a half by train!)
He drank until 2am at Enoki on last Friday.
Of course he missed last train but he wanted to go back home
even if taxi fee costs over 20,000Yen.
I recommended to stay near hotel, but he went back.
He felt sorry to me, so he came here and enjoyed Sake again.

・The non-smoker man came from Sapporo city, Hokkaido.
He comes by business trip once 2 months.　
He enjoyed drinking red wine and chatting with non smokers.
　　
I was seeing the difference of customers.

The smoker couple from Fujisawa picked up on other’s feelings,
They had stopped smoking and quarrel.
Then they joined talking with them.
Gradually they smiled each other.

I was relieved to see smile faces!

20歳未満の女子学生一人で初来店！
常連客のS氏『あれ！君、僕の娘と年齢近いね、仲間達と飲まないの.』.....と聞いた所
”ゼミ仲間、サークル仲間と多少なりお付き合はするが、一人で飲みに行くのが好きです”

S氏：ふうん～　所で、君？名前なんて云うの......
私の名前：　解りにくいかも？？
ヒント：：　二文字県の名前の裏で呼びます。
　　
例えば滋賀県（がし？）違う、佐賀県（がさ）違う
千葉県（ばち）違う、岐阜県（ふぎ）違う、”三重県（えみ）違う”
＊『この間S氏のダジャレが多く』答えになっていない
　　　　
分かった！！奈良県（らな）でしょう～～　”当たり”！！　私　”らな”と申します。
　　
ユニークな名前の付け方、だけど、当てるのに30分も掛かり、おじさん～疲れた！！
”らな”ちゃん～　ビール一杯ごちそうするよ

One day, a undergraduate girl came my place without friends.
My bar goer Mr,S curious about her because his daughter is same generation.
Apparently she likes drinking alone.
They enjoyed casual talk.

While he guessed her name, she said it's difficult to guess, the clue is opposite sound 2 letters of prefecture name.

He was thinking Ga-sa(Saga prefecture) no, Hu-gi(Gihu prefecture) no, Ba-chi(Chiba prefecture) no, E-MI(Mie prefecture) ... his hunch wasn't correct
Finally he got the name of her, Ra-na(Nara prefecture), She is Rana-chan!

Rana is very unique name in Japan.
He looked tired to think with drunken head by took to reach an answer over 30mins.

He said "Anyway please let us drink beer, I'll treat to Rana-chan"
Thanks for your order!

20年前全く異なる3名の男性”えのき”では　「3バカトリオ』と名付けたナイス男達！！
先月一番長生きするであろうと皆が思っていた、
１番のやんちゃな男性が亡くなった。
68歳
25年前、日本のバブル時期、仕事関係の人と共にお店に来店されてからのお客様
当時お店には１.２度程度、仕事も上々だった成果、殆ど六本木通い？？
海外の女性達との交流もあり、お花見には5.6人の女達を連れての宴会”目立つ”
右のズボンの中に手を入れ、『夢芝居』を気持ち良く歌い、もう１曲歌って～と
女性達からリクエストがあると『幸せ求めて』の、要望に応じて歌う
女性からのファンが圧倒的多い.......が、だまされる事も多く感じた。
この10年前から年輪と共に、えのきのお店に来店する回数が多くなり、かなり疲れが？
最後まで誰にも病気の事など云わず、幕を閉じる。
謹んでご冥福申し上げます。

I’ve named “3 idiots” for naughty 3 guys over 20years ago.
The most naughtiest man had passed away suddenly who would be think to live long by everybody.
I met him about 25~30 years ago when the economic bubble boom in Japan.
Almost Japanese was succeeded the business. He wasn't an exception either.
He came Enoki a few times in a week after night out in Roppongi.
Sometimes he took foreign women. His group was striking to every customer.
He always put his hands in the right pocket while enjoyed Karaoke.
His favorite song is “YUME-SHIBAI”, he sung first of all, Then girls requested one another song “SHIAWASE-WO-MOTOMETE”.
I really like to heard these songs.
Of course sometimes he had deceived by some girls, but he never stop night out.
He was 68 years old.
Nobody knows about his serious sickness.
Cheers my friend. You are really strong person.
Rest in peace.

カウンターの前には、色とりどりの旬の食材がならんでいる。
日本人の食は本来、消費者と生産者が顔の見える関係からであったのが、
崩れ、長い歴史の中で育まれた食文化の知恵まで失いつつと警鐘

今こそ本来の食文化を復活させたいと、最近食への消費者意識が高まりつつ
もっと農業を大切に社会全体の最重要分野と位置づけ！一人一人が意識を感じている
農業を大切にしない社会は生命を祖末にしかねない,,,,,とも云われている。

I was thinking about wake-up call warning to culture of diet inJapan while watching ingredients on counter table

Japanese producers and consumers used to have the relationship by face-to-face.
While we our cultures is gradually convenience, we lost knowledge of conserve.

Now is the time for action to get back our culture.
Agriculture is most important thing to our country.
Some Japanese realized that originally we are agricultural people
If we deprecate agriculture, the life would be poor.

今話題は日本が一次リーグ突破するか、しないか？？でなく...
日本が決勝トーナメントに進出すると予想した人は50%以上と、期待が大きい！！

Almost Japanese will watch national football game to root for team Japan.
I suprised over 500 fans will go Brazil to cheer!

World cup is one of hottest topic nowadays.
Most of my customer bet Japan advanced to FIFA World Cup knockout stage.
They hold high expectations for Japan!

ある日、店頭に売れ筋商品が、前後の棚に置いてあった。
その商品は、なかなか手に入らないと思い直感（一人限点）購入
もう１本欲しいが、買えない
30分後、他の用事で、通り掛かった所、前後の棚にはまだ数はあった。

そんな話を偶然営業で来ていた20代の男性？氏が、
僕買ってきます.....と、出かけて行った。その場所に行く時間10分
所が１時間待っても応答なし？
気になるため、留守番電話に、”電話をしてほしい”と、10分後掛かって来た。
？氏＝店頭に行ったもの、品切れで無く、その後知り合いの人に会った為、
連絡をしなかったと返答！！

One day, I found popular products offered one per each customers. I want to buy another one if store hadn't limitation...I was working whilst thinking of it.
At that time young salesman who came my place to business had offered buying it instead of me! That would be great!! I begged.
But he didn't come back over an hour... The store is very close....why haven't he come back? He wasn't there when I called. I was afraid for his safety gradually.
10 minutes later, he called me back carefree. When he arrived limited goods had sold out. It's OK. That's life. If I were him, I'd report it at store but he didn't come back to meet somebody after shopping. It's no wonder I'd worried! He could call me easily! Is he typical young businessman? I surprise his response.

『釜石呑ん兵衛横丁と渋谷のんべい横丁』との　姉妹交流
４年目の復興支援.....今回５店舗の店主と、お客様含めて１０名で出発
新幹線で新花巻駅に下車....JR釜石線に乗り換えると、宮沢賢治の童話
『銀河鉄道の夜』をモチーフしたSL列車が、運行開始（JRが復興支援として観光の後押し）
　
桜が満開の民話の里、遠野駅を通過し、列車は急上昇しながら何十ヶ所のトンネルを、
通り抜き、険し山の峠を越えて釜石市へ
早速、街に出て津波襲来の跡地を見て回り、横丁の皆様とも挨拶、風も無くあちらこちらと桜が咲き、
お花見も盛んのようだ。
昨年よりも建物も増え復興が進んでいる。
皆様の笑顔も前向きで『亡くなった方々の分迄、皆頑張りますよ～』との、強いメッセージ！！

I went to Kamaishi-City in Iwate Prefecture with other owners and some customers.
Our "Shibuya Nonbei Yokocho" and "Kamaishi Nonbei Yokocho" have sister Yokochos reration. We've been there 4th times since 2011... Kamaishi had hit tsunami when we had the Great East Japan Earthquake. We're keeping touch them to the earthquakes reconstruction support.

That time we caught a steam locomotive to go Kamaishi station that design inspiration from Kenji Miyazawa's world（he is well-known Japanese author was born in Iwate) . It is one of support for back to normal by JR.

We ware passing through many tunnels and awsome cherry blossoms again and again, over the mountains, then we arrived.

Companies from sister yokochos took us traces of tsunami attack, there was new building and blooming flowers, I felt there is surely getting better than last year!

We had great time to see them with cherry blossoms.
All of Kamaishi people is earthquake survivors as we knew, they never forget tsunami but they were smiling with positive words under the tree, that's why SAKURA =cherry blossoms is one of natinal flower in Japan.

アメリカから（A氏）２年ぶりの来店！今回両親と兄を連れての再会
仕事は４代続いている、運送業、他？　
お父さんは息子達に引き継ぎ、今は一日置きゴルフ場へ......
『４代目の息子（A氏）xxx心配かけた子供だったが、今は仕事を引き継ぎ、
シンガポールに拠点をおいて、家業営んでくれている』と
満足した両親のコメント
結婚５０年目を迎える御夫妻、８名の席に満席の人々と共に
日本酒で『おめでとうございます～～』
両親！大好きな日本、最高の笑顔で『お元気で又お会いしましょう』と帰国の土へ

A氏...3年前『ママ～僕の息子？...馬鹿息子だけどxxx大学に入学したんだ～』
100％の笑みを浮かべ嬉しい～ばかりのお父さんの顔、顔
上京した際、回数は少ないが、何度か息子と来店
ちょっと飲み過ぎだが、お父さんの満足感～？
息子も今や就活活動だと！
決まったかな？

K君.....
ようやく父親を連れて来る事が出来ました。僕のお父さんです。
就職も決まり、”初めて外で親子と飲む機会”に....
お父さん、緊張気味、でも顔は息子と飲める事がうれしい～
ママさん～飲んで下さい
息子の祝いの乾杯お願いします....おめでとう～～

2014年03月17日

地方の友人、2泊3日東京の観光案内をして欲しいと云われた。
テレビの画面に出る、コースを計画して見た。
１日目、青山、表参道の周辺を見て周り！
夕方東京駅発、”はとバス”で食事付きの下町めぐり
２日目、ゆりかごめに乗り、台場へ...東京湾を見渡すと、高層ビルの色がグレー、
部分部分には、ブルーの色の壁、空と海とも連合している。
水上バス「ホタルナ』に乗り、浅草行き迄　約50分
東京湾岸を見ながら、隅田川へ入って行く
両脇の緑道は、奇麗に整備され、川水にはゴミなど無い、
東京の名称スカイツリーをみながら浅草到着.....
旅行者の多い浅草を半周りし、銀座に行き、老舗百貨店を巡り、歌舞伎座へも巡る
そろそろお腹も透く時間、築地は近い、なじみの江戸前寿司屋へ....食べる食べる
しっかり満喫し渋谷へ戻る。
最後は歌と踊りの２時間のカラオケ、お疲れ様～～、十分な観光めぐりではないだろうか？

アメリカワシントンDCに住んでいる、友人が、2.3年前
仲間と友に、ラーメン店を開店、日本人と同様、昼のランチから、
仕事帰り、ほどほどのお酒を飲み、最後にラーメンを食べて自宅へ帰る。
毎日食べても飽きないラーメン（来日のお客様からのコメント）人気上々
　
又、世界のお客様へのおみやげ『虎やのようかん』と『緑茶』15年前から、プレゼント
大変に喜ばれる。
保存食としても安心、グレードが高い！

海外の人々が日本に入国し、初めて足を運ぶ場所、それは”トイレ”実に驚く＾～＾へェ～～
便器が温かく、ペーパーがいらない,,,,,,,？？
最近若者の男性のトイレの使用が変わりつつ！多分自宅でのトイレの使い方が原因かも？

横丁のトイレ、御婦人用には各店、使用の際　”カギが必要”（和）（洋）
和のトイレには、今だ,水を流す際、タンクに溜まっている水を、
使用後..ひっぱって水を流す仕組み、まさに骨董品である。
男性用の便器は昔と変わらないが、家庭のトイレと同じ感覚で
男性が、御婦人用のトイレに
『ノック』もせず、ドアを開けようとガチャガチヤしながら、”ボ～ット”立っている。
大、小？と、訪ねると、小....だと答える。どうも座っておしっこがしたい..らしい

僕ちゃん　男の子は立って小便するのが、良いのよ.....男性用.開いています？？

女性が二人集まると、周りの人など気にもせず、おしやべりが始まる。
　　特に食事の場所,,,,向き合い、メニューを注文したと、同時に口が動き
　　食べながら、永遠と会話の切れ目がない。
　　だが？男、女が向き合い、会話が聞こえない,,,？振り向くと、男性がiphoneを動かし
　　その動きを一人の女性が見て、ボソボソ、と話をしている事多い.....？
　　
　　小さなカウンター座って小人数の寄り合い、時には”場”が読めず一人愉快に
　　おしべりをして、叱咤激励を受ける人もいる？

　　おしやべりは脳を活性化をし、認知機能の強化や効果を生み、老化を防ぐ
　　働きをしているとの事..........
　　今年も多いにカウンターで、目と目を交わし”場”を読みながら楽しいおしゃべりをして、

日本料理が世界無形文化遺産が..10/31..登録された。
海外からのお客様へのおもてなしも、”ぐ～ん”を、抜いてすばらしい
だが.....、残念な事に内部の告発から、メニューの偽装問題が発覚。
そんな中、久しぶり、ご来店された御夫妻が、伊勢エビを食べに伊豆へ....
１泊旅行に出かけた所
いつもなら豊富にある伊勢エビが、今回は無いと店の店主から言われた。
なぜ？？伊勢エビを使ってのメニューに実はロブスターを使っていた為に
慌てて伊勢エビの、購買の注文が殺到し、
宿泊のお客様には口に入らない状況になったと話を聞いた。

それは過去にグルメブームが日本全国で、もてはやされ全てがブランドで評価された
時代に、左右された事も原因かもしれない。
今回の日本料理の登録も四季のある日本と、海に囲まれての列島国
遠い昔から食されてきた本来の日本食が、見直される良い機会になれば良いと思う。
