『信用』 ”Trust"

信用というものは、積むに難しく、崩すに易いもの
10年かけて積んだ信用もいざと言う時、ほんのちょっとした
言動で失ってしまうこともある。
毎日地味な誰も見ていないような仕事であっても、それを大切にし、
一歩一歩を忍耐づよく、自己の建設のために進んでいく人こそ
真の信用を築く人である。
20、30代の頃、若いだけにいろいろと、失敗した事があったが、
39年、10年目と....2件のお店を持てたのもお客様から信用されての今日
良き師や上司からの叱咤激励をバネに自分に、これからも心がけていく。
財産は信用
Trust is difficult to build but can be lost in an instant.
Even trust that has been nurtured over ten years can vanish with a single word or action.
I believe that those who value even the smallest, unseen tasks, who persist step by step each day, and who continually strive for personal growth.
These are the people who are truly capable of building trust.
In my twenties and thirties, I made many mistakes simply because I was inexperienced.
But now, I am grateful to have earned the trust of my customers which has allowed me to keep the Enoki.
