迷惑メール | "Spam email"

メールを開くたびに大量の迷惑メールが、届きます。通販系や銀行やカード会社などを語り、ログインやクレジットカード情報の入力を促し、パスワードを不正に取得し詐欺に使用するのでしょうか。。
皆さんも詐欺メールには、くれぐれもお気を付けください！
どなたか迷惑メールが届かなる方法をご存じの方がいたら教えて下さい～
本当に迷惑なので、やめて欲しいです。
Every time I check my email, there's a flood of spam waiting for me.
They pretend to be from online stores, banks, credit card companies, you name it.
They try to get you to log in or enter your credit card info, but it's all a scam.
If you fall for it, they steal your password and use it for fraud.
Seriously, be careful with those emails!
If anyone knows how to stop getting so much spam, please let me know.
It's annoying and I really wish it would stop.
