「旅行者のルール」 | “Rules for Travellers”

企業社員、海外から帰国する人、国内への移動、新たに海外へ赴任する人など、慌ただしい月日でもある。
小さな店内は久しぶりの顔、別れの挨拶、てんやわんや
だが、一歩店外に出ると、溢れんばかりの旅行者、路上での喫煙、缶のポイ捨て、大きな声・・・、勇気を出して注意する。
渋谷の中央、スクランブル交差点（道路が交じりあっている所）
迷惑な人々＝飛んだり、跳ねたり、中央の真ん中であちらこちら、固まって写真を撮りまくり、赤信号になったも走らない
？？・・・仕事上、毎日、買い物の重たい荷物を持ちながら、大勢の人々を避けて通る場所でもある。
日本に来て頂くことは嬉しい。
だが、せめて日本のルールを勉強してきて欲しいですね。
For the Japanese, March and April are a season of farewells and new beginnings.
It is a hectic time for employees of Japanese companies, with some returning from overseas, others transferring to different domestic offices, and still others being posted abroad for the first time.
The small Enoki is also a hive of activity, with customers reuniting after a long absence and regulars saying their goodbyes.
Step outside Enoki and you’ll find the streets overflowing with travellers in Shibuya.
Smoking on the street, littering with cans and so on, shouting loudly… I pluck up the courage to score against them sometimes.

There are many people causing a nuisance.
They run, jump, dance, gather in the middle of the crossing to take endless photos and videos, and don’t move even when the lights turn red, which is so dangerous...
Due to work at Enoki, I have to pass through this crossing every day, carrying heavy shopping bags while dodging the crowds.
I’m delighted that people come to Japan from overseas, but I really wish they would at least learn the Japanese traffic rules before they come.
